An AI front desk and property management platform for hotels: a voice kiosk, phone and SMS agent, plus a staff PMS with reservations, folios and night audit. The hard part is trust, so every AI decision lands in an audit trail and risky actions wait for a supervisor.

A communication aid that turns speech into focused, readable captions, with a full transcript to revisit or export. The hard part: iOS won’t let an app hear a call on the same phone, so it detects that and walks you through a two-device setup instead of failing silently.

I’ve worked in hotel technology for nineteen years. Thirteen of them went to supporting a property-management system across more than 3,500 hotels, and I still work a hotel-software help desk today. I know night audit, card readers, OTA connections and what goes wrong at the counter.
I’m not a classically trained engineer. I write the specs, make the trade-offs and direct AI coding agents like Claude and Grok to build. Then I test and gate everything they produce. That’s how I shipped the products above on my own.
Requirements come from real support calls: night audit, payments, key cards, the guest at the counter.
AI agents write the code. I set the requirements, review the result and run it before anything ships.
